At One Hope United Early Learning Center in Aurora, healthy eating and physical activity is integrated into the curriculum for all students. A moveable kitchen cart, purchased with funding from the Fit for Kids Funders’ Consortium, allows nutrition education, food demonstrations and tastings to come to the classroom.
